The keynote speaker for DVB World 2011 (March 7 to 9 in Nice) has been announced on the DVB World website.

Dr Veena Rawat, President of the Communications Research Centre Canada, will be giving a keynote presentation on Monday the 7th of March on the state of modern broadcasting technologies and the overall challenges of the changing landscape. "Broadcast and Communications : Partners or Competitors?".
