Following the recent DVB-T2 recommendation by the SADC and adoption by South Africa, DVB's chairman Phil Laven will be presenting on DVB-T2 at the DBSF event in South Africa in a few weeks.

The Digital Broadcasting Switchover Forum (DBSF), organised by the Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation (CTO) will take place in Johannesberg, South Africa from 1-3 February 2011. Besides a presentation by DVB, the conference will also include presentations from many other international and regional DVB-T and DVB-T2 stakeholders.
