_DVB-MHP adopted by CableLabs 25th January 2002 DVB-MHP: The Digital Video Broadcasting-Multimedia Home Platform application programming interface was adopted by CableLabs in the U.S. to be the core component of its OpenCable Application Platform (OCAP) specification. MHP definitely grew in popularity among ITV developers in Europe and elsewhere. The worldwide proliferation of this technology demonstrates widespread confidence that it will enable more interoperability and standardization. |
