The Broadband Wireless Association was formed about four years ago to promote the use of high bandwidth wireless access for multimedia - digital television, audio, telephony and high speed Internet.

We are currently working with the European Commission on standards and regulation for Broadband Fixed Wireless Access across Europe and possibly further afield.
