Dominican Republic Dominican Republic to Test DTT TV Technology reports that the Dominican Republic is to conduct DTT tests at the end of November. The Dominican Institute of Telecommunications (Indotel) plans to broadcast ATSC, DVB-T and ISDB-T terrestrial transmission signals using facilities from the State Corporation for Radio and Television (CERTV). The Dominican Republic plans to deploy DTT during 2009.
